At Electric Run, we strive to provide all our customers with a seamless shopping experience for running shoes and apparel. However, if you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible.
In-Store Purchases
Online Purchases
For returns of online orders, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Returns Form
- Download and print the Returns Form from our website.
- Fill it out and include it with your invoice and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Package Your Return
- Ensure items are securely packaged in their original condition, including any packaging or tags where applicable.
- Send Your Return
- Ship your return to the following address:

United Kingdom - We recommend using a tracked or registered postal service to ensure safe delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Personalised or customised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, undergarments, and opened sealed items (e.g., water bottles) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- If you prefer an exchange, we can only exchange items for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- Original delivery charges will only be refunded if the entire order is returned, and only if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order of your intention to return.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or incorrect:
- Contact us at 0330 127 3969 to report the issue.
- Return the item using the above process.
- Once inspected and confirmed, we will issue a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, or offer a replacement.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Personalised or customised items.
- Perishable goods or items that expire rapidly.
- Items unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g. socks, undergarments).
- Any items inseparably mixed with other goods.
Your Responsibilities
While items are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them. If items are returned damaged, used, or not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the item(s) back to you at your cost.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
