Two ball bearings for smooth, natural movement. Pair the Smart Rope Rookie with the SmartRope App for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Android Smartphone. Each complete rotation of the rope is recorded as a complete jump. Furthermore, calorie consumption and training times are monitored. The app offers recommendations for interval training and motivates you by winning awards and competing with friends. And you can sync the app with the Apple HealthKit for an even more accurate view of your physical condition. You can adjust the rope for users up to 2.08 metres tall.
