Midsole The ZoomX foam midsole makes the shoe feel lighter and responsive. The shape of the foam offers you support for the three phases of acceleration while running. Flexibility when your foot lifts off the ground, a smooth experience when your foot moves forward and cushioning when the foot hits the ground.

The midsole also contains a Flyplate, also called a Carbon Fiber plate. This plate works like a kind of spring. It propels you forward as you walk and contributes to the very responsive feel of the shoes.

Upper In the upper, the shoe has a Flyknit material made from strong, yet lightweight yarns. The midfoot is reinforced with a denser fabric, while the forefoot is flexible and breathable. Thanks to the FlyEase technology, the shoe is extremely easy to put on and take off.

You can open the shoe with a zipper on the heel and a strap over the top ensures a snug fit. Light textiles provide ventilation to keep you cool. The heel overlay provides support and stability during multi-directional twists.
